As Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd., as the data controller, we have prepared this Privacy Notice ("Notice") regarding the protection and processing of personal data created due to the operation of the www.arkheegitim.com internet site ("Platform") in accordance with the provisions and conditions stated in the content of the Notice; which includes our statements and explanations regarding the purpose of data processing, data categories, methods and legal bases of data collection, to whom and for what purposes data can be transferred, data processing period, and your rights regarding your data.

Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd.; undertakes to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the preservation of personal data, to prevent personal data from being processed unlawfully, to prevent access to personal data unlawfully, and to prevent data breaches, in accordance with the law and the conditions specified in this notice, and to carry out all necessary audits timely and completely.

Your personal data will be processed with all necessary information security measures taken and will be stored and processed for the period required by the processing purpose or for the period required by law, or if no such period is envisaged, for the period required by the processing purpose. At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd. through deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods from its data flows.

Personal data processed by Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd. for the purposes mentioned in this privacy notice and in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law;

Your personal data is not transferred abroad by Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd. in any way, and in case of necessity regarding domestic transfer processes, your explicit consent will also be obtained separately.

• To Turk Telekomunikasyon Anonim Şirketi and Turk Telekomunikasyon group companies,
• To companies and representatives authorized by us, operating on behalf of our company,
• To regulatory and supervisory institutions, and public institutions or organizations authorized to request personal data explicitly in the laws,
• To business partnerships, suppliers and contractors, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other natural or legal persons for the purposes specified, as well as business partners, service providers, authorized persons and organizations in the above-mentioned purposes,
• To tax and similar consultants, mandatory persons regarding legal follow-up processes, public institutions and organizations, including enforcement officers, and to third parties from whom we receive consultancy, in addition to the above-mentioned purposes.

How Long Are Personal Data Stored?

Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd. stores the mentioned personal data for the period required by the processing purposes stated in this privacy notice and in consideration of the prescription periods specified in the Law and other legislation. At the end of the periods, the data is deleted or destroyed in accordance with the Law.

What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?

You can always contact Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd. for information regarding the following matters under the Law;

• To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is suitable for that purpose,
• To know who personal data is transferred to,
• To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrect and deletion of personal data under conditions and to request notification of such actions to third parties to whom personal data is transferred if the necessary conditions are met,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against itself by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damages in case of suffering damages due to unlawful processing,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the law.

You can send your applications regarding these rights to Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd. through the Data Subject Application Form, by notary public, or securely electronically signed to the email address ArkheEgitim@hs03.kep.tr.

Your request will be responded to within the shortest time and at most within thirty (30) days in accordance with the law. However, if the process requires additional costs, Tolkim Foreign Trade Ltd. reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
